Introducing Debbie Shuttlewood – Head of Account Management
We’re delighted to welcome Debbie Shuttlewood to the Accent team. Debbie is taking on the newly-created post of Head of Account Management as well as directing research projects for our clients.
Debbie has over eighteen years’ experience working agency side, most recently for Kantar, specialising in the area of customer experience. She has worked for a variety of organisations, across many sectors, including Automotive, Travel and Leisure, Transport, Telecoms and Financial Services, helping all her clients better understand the experience their customers go through as they interact with the brand.
This work has taken many forms, such as qualitative customer journey mapping, immediate transactional customer feedback surveys, strategic relationship surveys, experience measurement in the form of mystery shopping and also transactional price audits. She is highly experienced in the full range of qualitative and quantitative techniques.
Debbie is passionate about working closely with organisations, supporting her clients and providing them with actionable insights and recommendations to help them meet their business challenges.
